Code Enforcement

The Community Service Officer will work to resolve code enforcement violations by evaluating the data, determining the extent of the violation(s), prepare notices of violations when needed, and ensure proper and lawful services of notices through the mail or personal service. Complaints made will be documented and reviewed by the Community Service Officer. He in turn will prepare reports and gather information regarding the issue and take appropriate measures.

The goal of the Community Service Officer is to maintain contact with citizens regarding potential code violations to ensure a safe and attractive community. If you want to report a possible code violation, contact our Community Service Officer at (913) 356-6052
