The Edwardsville Planning Commission is a body comprised of Mayoral appointments who review materials related to development throughout the City. This includes reviews of items such as rezoning and/or variance requests, plat and plan reviews, and more. For many items, the Planning Commission is the first body developers meet with before bringing proposed actions to the City Council.
The Planning Commission will next meet on October 16, 2019, at Edwardsville City Hall to conduct three public hearings related to development around the community. Agenda items are currently being finalized and materials will be posted online for review in early October on the City's online agenda center (see link below).
