[ARCHIVED] City Council to Conduct Virtual Meeting on May 11

Pay Court Fees

After review of Kansas Governor Kelly’s Ad Astra plan, which details the reopening phases recommended related to the ongoing COVID-19 public health crisis, and with consultation with Mayor McTaggart, the Edwardsville City Council will conduct their next regular meeting (Monday, May 11) utilizing the GoToMeeting software, similar to what was used in the two April meetings.

See the information bulleted below for details on how to participate in Monday’s meeting.

  • Click on THIS LINK about 5 minutes before the meeting (which starts at 7:00 p.m.) to participate via your web browser. You will need to download the free GoToMeeting software at that time. That is usually a 2-3 minutes process.
  • Call in to 1-872-240-3212 and use access code 603-383-429 if you wish to call in and listen to the meeting proceedings using your phone

Participants in the meeting will be muted so as not to disrupt the business meeting taking place. If you have questions or comments you would like to be read to the Council, please e-mail them to Assistant City Manager Zack Daniel at zdaniel@edwardsvilleks.org or call him at 913-356-6002 or 913-660-4599 and give him your remarks.
