The Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) serves as the metropolitan planning organization for the Kansas City region. MARC work with many partners on transportation improvements in the region. Edwardsville submitted for project funding that would evaluate current opportunities and challenges with existing and potential land use in the southeast portion of the City. This could involve future expansion of the trail system, recreational river access, complete street projects, and more.
