[ARCHIVED] March 8 City Council Meeting to be Presented Online

council virtual

As noted previously, the March 8, 2021 City Council meeting will take place in-person inside the City Council Chambers at City Hall (690 S. 4th St.). However, with public health restrictions still in place limiting capacity and requiring masks, we understand that some community members may not be able to participate in-person.

As such, the City will be presenting the meeting for live, online viewing using the GoToMeeting software. New technology installed in the City Council Chambers should allow for a hybrid remote/in-person meeting to maintain accessibility and transparency of City Council activity.

To view the meeting online, click THIS LINK  shortly before the meeting's 6:00 p.m. start time. To call and listen in to the proceedings, dial 1-646-749-3122 and enter access code 259-545-101 when prompted.

If you plan on attending in-person, please be aware that the County-wide mask order remains in effect and seating will be arranged to allow for appropriate social distancing. If you cannot make the meeting, but would like to leave a public comment, please contact Assistant City Manager Zack Daniel at 913-356-6000 or via e-mail at zdaniel@edwardsvilleks.org
