[ARCHIVED] Improvements Approved for 102nd St.

road work ahead

After a competitive bid process, the City Council awarded the 102nd St. full-depth repair project to McAnany Construction at the group's August 23, 2021 meeting. The base bid consisted of 4,573 square yards of full-depth re[airs in critical sections along 102nd St. in areas between Riverview Ave. to the north and Kaw Dr./K-32 to the south. In addition to the crack sealing program, the Riverview culvert replacement, and the surface seal project in southern Edwardsville, there have been over $500,000 worth of road improvements undertaken in 2021, impacting more than 10.75 centerline miles of road.

A start date has not yet been determined, but affected residents will be notified as to pending traffic impacts.
