PC logo

The Edwardsville Planning Commission will conduct its next regular meeting on Wednesday, January 25, at Edwardsville City Hall (690 S. 4th St.) beginning at 6:00 PM. The meeting will include two public hearings. The first hearing involves the potential rezoning of property located at 11200 Riverview Avenue from C-2 Commercial Retail and AG/R Agricultural Residential to I-1 Industrial Non-Hazard. The second pubic hearing involves the potential issuance of a special use permit (SUP) for short-term rentals for the address 1040 Edwardsville Dr. Full agenda materials can be found on the City's Online Agenda Center HERE when they are finalized (normally the week prior to the scheduled meeting).

Planning Commission meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of the month. This meeting was rescheduled in order to meet statutory notice windows for the public hearings noted above.
