Wyandotte County Appraiser staff conducted a Property Valuation Clinic at the Edwardsville Community Center on February 9 at the Edwardsville Community Center. County staff provided an in-depth overview of the valuation process, including what goes into County calculations when reporting on property values. In addition, the property tax appeal process was also detailed so attendees were more informed on how to contest valuations they feel were inaccurate. This event was done at the request of Edwardsville City staff to provide more information on the valuation process before initial notices will be sent in the coming weeks.
