Due to a mistake with the file sent to the City's contracted printer, delinquent utility bills were sent to customers whose accounts are not delinquent. Outstanding amounts shown on these bills are not accurate, as the majority of the accounts show a $0.00 balance. This is only a printing error and does not reflect the actual balance of up-to-date utility accounts. This misprint will not effect the actual balances owed or any credit ratings of customers.

The next utility bill will be mailed out in late February and will be due March 15, 2023 with updated rates . City staff apologizes for the confusion and inconvenience.
