[ARCHIVED] City Council to Hold Workshop 5/1/23

The Edwardsville City Council will hold a work session on Monday, May 1, to interview search firms related to the soon-to-be vacant City Manager position. Edwardsville City Manager Michael Webb announced his retirement earlier this year and will leaving the organization in late July after 16-years of service to the City. The City Council will interview candidates on Monday, May 1, but will not take any binding action at that time. It is anticipated that a decision on the search firm will be made during a regular City Council meeting in May (May 8 or May 22). This workshop is open to the public to attend or view online. The workshop takes place at Edwardsville City Hall, 690 S. 4th St., and will begin at 6:00 PM.
