1) Approve minutes of October 25, 2010
2) Payment of Bills totaling $ 79,151.70
3) Requests or Comments from the public
(As a courtesy to your fellow citizens, please try to limit your comments to three minutes)
4) Consider Ordinance No. 898 authorizing issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds in multiple series to Earp Meat Company.
5) Consider rescinding Resolutions 2010-08 & 2010-09 regarding participation in 2011 CBDG program
6) Consider Resolution 2010-10 for approval of lease purchases for two police cars
7) Consider amendments to Article 5.01, Edwardsville Code of Ordinances, regarding outdoor burning.
8) Hear a report regarding participation in property and casualty pool with MPR of Kansas
9) Advisory Reports

We need your help.
This year we are starting earlier to collect food for those in need. The list is longer than ever and we don’t want anyone to go without. As in the past we will be accepting non- perishable food items here at city hall until December 3rd. Items such as; peanut butter, juices, all types of pasta, flour, sugar, salt/pepper, cans of vegetables, soups, pasta sauces. Please contact city hall for more information.
