Station
The Edwardsville Fire Department operates and maintains one fire station.
The Fire Station is located at 698 S. 4th Street and serves as fire headquarters. It is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Apparatus are housed in a three bay drive through apparatus floor. Apparatus currently housed at the South Fire Station include 620, 622, and 623. There is also a compressor/cascade room used to fill SCBA bottles and a generator room in case of power outage at the station. Living quarters consists of the Fire Chief Office, Firefighters Office, Communications Room, Kitchen/Day area, Bunk/Training Room, and Exercise Room.
