- Conduct a public hearing to consider amendments to all industrial zoning districts.
- Old Business: Recommended amendments to the Residential Zoning Ordinance sent back by the City Council to clearly define what is the grandfathered date regarding lot of record and consider reducing required square footage of a single family home to 1,000 square feet outside of the overlay district.
