The regular meeting was called to order by Chairman Jeff Martinek at 7:05 pm.
Secretary’s Report: December 16, 2009
A motion to approve the Secretary’s Report was made by Commissioner Dave Hackathorn. Commissioner Robert Craven seconded the motion.
The motion carried 5-0.
New Business
Discussion of Comprehensive Plan
Jackie, Carlson, Planner for Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc., lead the Planning Commission in a discussion and presentation on the Comprehensive Plan.
