During snow and ice events it is important to not park vehicles in roadways. It is much more efficient for our plow trucks to maneuver the city streets without obstacles. The city has 3 plow trucks with salt and sand spreading capabilities. The city also utilizes a third party contractor to help us effectively remove snow and ice from the roadways. The city will begin pre-treatment of hills and intersections when conditions warrant.
Snow routes will be maintained first followed by collector streets and then residential streets and cul-de-sacs. Please be patient while our crews work diligently to treat and clear the roadways in our community.
